OUR STORY

Coffee Darling is more than just a coffee shop... it's the culmination of a decade-long dream that I was finally able to bring to life. As someone who loves to serve my community, opening this coffee shop has been a dream come true. It all began after I left the Air Force, with a vision to create more than just a place for great coffee. I wanted to build a community hub, where people could gather, connect, and feel at home.

For ten years, I carried this plan with me, but I knew it wasn’t something that could be rushed. Over the course of five years, I focused on saving up, buying equipment, and learning everything I could about the art of brewing the perfect cup. 

After years of planning, Coffee Darling opened its doors in Old Town Moore in April of 2025.

Our goal is simple: to serve high-quality specialty coffee and loose-leaf tea while creating a warm, inviting atmosphere where guests can relax, connect, and feel like they belong.
